November 7th: Ginny will be teaching: Holiday Table Runner
List of Supplies for Table Runner
For the holiday table runner you will need 5" x WOF for 3 different fabrics. That makes 6 cubes. I am making mine larger so I am using 10" x WOF to make it bigger.
Placemats: I used 10 2 1/2" strips. So a jelly roll pack would easily make 4 placemats. I'd say the more the merrier so you can get a good variety. Alternatively you can use about 40 - 2 1\2 " x 6 1/2" pieces per placemat if they wanted to use scraps.
And of course, a sewing machine, rotary cutter, mat, ruler with a 60 degree mark on it. Don't buy one if you don't have to because I will bring mine to share. A 1/4" foot for the sewing machine is helpful. A pen for marking on fabric.
